Cancellations: All cancellations will attract a $50 booking fee. If less than 60 days notice is given, refund of any monies paid will depend on the Houseboat being re-let for the same or a similar period.

Multiple Hirings: A deposit is required for each boat booked.

Bond: A bond of $500 per boat is required at the commencement of hire. The bond is refundable, within 7 days of the completion of the hire less any damages or losses to the Houseboat or extra costs incurred for cleaning.

Service Charge: A fee of $15 per running hour applies, to cover the cost of fuel.

No surcharge for School Holidays.

Insurance: All boats are fully insured under a Marine Policy; the hirer's liability being the insurance excess, should the terms of the "HIRE AGREEMENT" not be kept.

Hire Times: These commence at 9:30am on the first day and terminate at 3:00pm on the last day. Weekend hires commence 9:30am Friday and terminate 3:00pm on Sunday. Weekly hire comprises 7 nights.

Firearms and Pets: These are not permitted on board at any time.

The letting is made on the understanding that the Houseboat is placed at the disposal of the hirer, on the date booked, unless the management is prevented from doing so by mechanical breakdown or unforeseen circumstances. In this case all monies paid will be refunded in full. However, the hirer shall have no claim on any account against the management.
